Peter Carlos Ebiau has been installed as the charter President of the Charter Lions Club of Soroti City.
The event was held at Melvin Hall popularly known as Lions Club located along Old Mbale.
He was installed by District Governor 411B Hon. Hellen Christine Amongin Aporu on Saturday April 15, 2023.
The Charter club has since registered it’s new 29 Club members.
