The aspirant for Serere County have all vowed to prioritized wealth creation, poverty alleviation, health and education programs to uplift the voters in Serere.
Emmanuel Omoding while in Olio Sub County promised to lobby for resources from both government and his friends in Australia to boost businesses, education, healthcare and agriculture.
Omoding told voters that he is coming to leadership to finish what his father started majorly on programs that create wealth and reduce poverty among his people.
FDC’s Emmanuel Eratu a part from education promises to do away with grass thatched houses in Uganda by giving away fifteen iron sheets per house, according to a tweet by FDC.

“I was born in the village. I used to walk bare-footed for many miles to go to school on an empty stomach. I hawked boiled eggs in my trading centers to make ends meet and raise school fees. But all this didn’t weaken me, it instead encouraged me to work harder to transform my community,” Oucor said Wednesday.

He promised to lobby for accommodation facilities to house teachers.
He also promised to introduce a feeding policy for school-going pupils.
