The fallen Serere County Legislator Bishop Patrick Okabe and his wife Christine Okabe have today December 24, 2022 been laid to rest in their ancestral home in Oburin Parish, Olio Sub County in Serere District.
The journey of late Patrick Okabe and his wife Christine who perished in a road accident on Monday 19, 2022 started at Parliament of Uganda on Thursday before they left for Impact Ministries Cathedral Mbale. The body arrive at home in Serere on Friday Evening amidst tears.
In today’s final send off mourners were in tears including Serere District Woman MP Hellen Adoa, Former Woman MP Alice Alaso, Family, Friends and voters as the demise of the two beloved was untimely.
